Returns & Refunds Policy – Healing Glow Co

At Healing Glow Co, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We understand that every skin journey is unique, and while our products are crafted with care, sometimes they may not be the perfect fit.

We proudly offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items to ensure you feel confident and cared for throughout your experience with us.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
  • Your return has been pre-approved by our team before being sent back
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To begin a return, email us at info@healingglowco.com.au with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Bath soaks and other personal care items due to hygiene reasons
  • Digital products such as downloadable PDFs and recipe book
  • Items sent without prior return approval

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product received is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee delivery otherwise
  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement product after your return is accepted

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@healingglowco.com.au.
